Speed Control With Auto Sensor

Remarkable Dust Cover
The removable dust cover not only keeps your platter clean and dust free, but it also doubles as a removable display stand for your favourite record sleeves. What's more, removing the cover during playback ensures that any micro-vibrations through the lid will not effect travel down to the stylus and effect playback performance.
Carefully Engineered Tonearm
The DP-400's s-shaped tonearm is meticulously crafted, it is easy to adjust and gives a design touch to the deck that makes it instantly appealing. The S-Shape curved tonearm offers an optimized tracking angle at any point of the record, auto-lift at records end and playback stop. This means that when the vinyl reaches the end of playback, the tonearm auto-lifts preserving the excellent condition of your album and the cartridge. The S-Shape curved tonearm design also reduces harmonic distortion, ensuring a crystal clear sonic signal every time you listen.
Upgradable Cartridge
To take your Denon DP-400 to another level, it's easy to upgrade the cartridge, whether with a cherished favourite, or perhaps a brand new DL-103, you can take the turntable with you on your Hi-Fi journey.

Phono Equalizer
The built-in phono equalizer creates an open, enveloping sound stage that enlivens your vinyl collection while staying true to the original recording. Connect it directly to an amplifier with a built-in phono stage, or switch on the DP-400's phono EQ and plug it into a mini component or integrated amp that lacks a phono terminal - all for seamless record listening.
Supports MM and MC Cartridges
You can experiment with different audio carts during your Hi-Fi journey as the DP-400 is able to support both MM and MC cartridges.
