Rack Mountable Monoblock
The CI-NAP 101 is a 1U rack-mountable mono power amplifier designed to work in conjunction with the CI-Uniti 102 or in custom installation projects where power, versatility and quality are not just desired, they're demanded.
Power And Sound Quality
The CI-NAP 101 , part of the CI Series range, has been designed and manufactured by Naim's engineers to complement Focal integrated loudspeakers, in order to maximise the outstanding sound quality on offer. There's more good news though, as you can integrated the NAP 101 with other brands of loudspeakers and subwoofers.
Subwoofer Amp Or High-Impedance Speakers
CI-NAP 101 wears many hats… it can power two passive architectural subwoofers with ease, with the amplifier designed to drive the Focal 1000 IWSUB Utopia effortlessly. Or, if you choose, you can drive 100 volt speakers through out a large area without worrying about over-heating or a loss of power.
Analogue Inputs And Outputs
For series connection - there's a pair of analogue stereo RCA inputs (combined to mono) as well as a single pair of line-outs, ensuring connectivity will not be an issue for your next installation.
Dual Euroblock Outputs
The CI-NAP 101 offers two Euroblock outputs for easy parallel connections between speakers.
High Impedance? No Problem
Naim's CI-NAP 101 offers high impedance 70V / 100V line amplification with a selectable high-pass filter. The high impedance outputs are galvanically isolated using toroidal audio transformers.
Input Signal Detection
The CI-NAP 101 offers trigger input / output (to override music sensing) that is both 5 to 12 volt compatible. Or if you want, an 'Instant On' switch overrides music sense and trigger operation.
Keeping It Cool
The monoblock CI-NAP 101 keeps its cool easily thanks to an internal fan. The fan itself is temperature controlled to avoid unnecessary running and wear / tear.
