HDMI Connectivity with ARC / eARC
The AV 30 supports the latest technology on all HDMI inputs and two of the three outputs. On top of this, ARC (Audio Return Channel) or eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) makes playing TV audio through your AV network receiver simple with just a single HDMI connection. eARC provides HD and 3D audio transmission such as Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD Master Audio, and Dolby Atmos while ARC is limited to conventional 5.1ch audio formats or PCM.
8K / HDCP 2.3
Enjoy pristine 8K picture quality on your 8K TV or projector. The Marantz AV 30 supports both 8K pass-through and 8K upscaling of 4K content as well as HDCP 2.3, the latest copy protection standard, for peace of mind when streaming copy protected content.

Multiple HDMI Outputs
Not only does the Marantz AV 30 have an up-to-date main zone HDMI output, it also offers a mirrored HDMI video output for the main zone, perfect for connecting to a projector for the times when you want the biggest screen experience possible in your home cinema. On top of this, you can send the same content to the Zone 2 HDMI output OR a different video source through that port. It's this independent HDMI output that truly gives the AV 30 so much flexibility in multi-room fitouts.
Four Independent Subwoofer Outputs
Four independent subwoofer outputs mean you can experience tight, accurate and even bass in your home cinema. The AV 30 takes this incredibly flexible subwoofer configuration to another level once you factor in the excellent Audyssey MultEQ XT32 room calibration and its ability to EQ the bottom end in your cinema. Or, step up to the optional Dirac Live for the next level of room compensation equalization. What's more, the four subwoofer outputs are in both an XLR and RCA configuration for ease of connectivity.
11 Channel Preouts
The AV 30 is replete with 11 channels of preouts, meaning your AV network preamplifier can grow with your system, thanks to its ability to add multiple power amplifiers if your sonic requirements change.
